Volunteer for PG 2022
There are many opportunities to help! Come to some of our Project Graduation meetings to find out more. Or just sign up for the night! Most volunteer opportunities are for the night of graduation into the morning after. When signing up as a volunteer, please use your name as it appears on your driver's license. Volunteers working during the event must have a current CORI (criminal offender record information) check.
CORI checks are valid for 3 years. Because of the size of our district, all CORI checks are renewed on a 3-year calendar basis, as opposed to a rolling basis. We are accepting CORIs for volunteering in the school for this new 3-year CORI cycle (January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023). All parent volunteers will need a CORI check by the beginning of next school year, September 1, 2021. If you find yourself at the Jr. High and would like to update your CORI, please stop by the main office. You only need a CORI check once for the entire district, not for each school.
There are fun ways to help out before, during, and after the big event. Take a look; we're sure you'll find something that suits your schedule and your many talents.
If you prefer, send us an email at email@example.com with the following information:
Name (as it appears on your Massachusetts driver's license)
Areas and Times you would like to help out
Also mention names of friends you'd like to volunteer with
We are funded entirely though contributions and receive no financial support from the school budget, so in addition to your time, we appreciate monetary donations of any size. You can donate online or mail a check (made payable to Project Graduation) to Project Graduation, P.O. Box 2414, Acton MA 01720.
Thanks for all your support!
